Role Overview:-

As the Human Resources Manager at IgniteAndRise, you will be responsible for leading the HR function, focusing on employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement. You will work closely with senior leadership to ensure that HR strategies align with the company’s goals and core values.


Key Responsibilities:-

🔄 HR Strategy Development: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's objectives and foster a positive workplace culture.

👥 Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, group discussions, interviews, and selection processes.

🚀 Onboarding Excellence: Manage the onboarding of new employees, ensuring a smooth and efficient integration into the organization.

📞 Primary Point of Contact: Act as the main point of contact for all HR-related inquiries, providing guidance and support to employees and managers.

⚖️ Conflict Resolution: Mediate employee relations issues, resolving conflicts between employees and management in a fair and timely manner.

🎓 Training & Development: Design and implement training programs on company policies, leadership, and best practices to promote continuous learning and development.

💡 Employee Engagement: Create and implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale, job satisfaction, and retention.

📊 Performance Management: Lead the development and execution of performance management processes, guiding managers through performance reviews, feedback, and improvement plans.

📝 HR Documentation & Compliance: Ensure accurate and up-to-date record-keeping of all HR activities, including employee relations, grievances, and performance reviews.

📈 HR Reporting: Prepare and present reports to senior leadership on HR trends, employee engagement, and retention metrics.

🤝 Collaborative Onboarding: Partner with department heads and the recruitment team to facilitate seamless onboarding for new hires.

🔍 Verification & Background Checks: Conduct verification and background checks as part of the hiring process.

📅 Daily Reporting: Submit accurate and timely daily reports to senior leadership regarding HR activities and employee relations issues.


Compensation Details:-

1.📋 Please review the job description thoroughly.

2.💼 The initial compensation will be variable for the first six months from the date of joining.

3.💰 During this period, payment will be performance-based, with ₹5,000 awarded for each successfully completed project or target achieved.

4.🗓️ Payments will be disbursed within 60 to 90 days.

5.📈 After the initial six months, your compensation will transition to a fixed CTC, which will include a 10-40% increase based on performance and tenure.

6.Basic Salary: ₹30,000 per month 💵, payable upon the completion of your contract. Early departure will forfeit the basic salary.

7.Total Basic Earnings: ₹1,80,000 for a 6-month period 📅.
