Job Description:
Tax Compliance (Direct and Indirect):
Prepare and file periodic direct and indirect tax returns, including GST, WHT, 15CA/15CB, Corporate Tax return,s et,c. and ensure that all payments are made accurately and on time.Assisting the in preparation of Quarterly advance tax workingsHandle GST reconciliation, input tax credit (ITC) calculations and related complianceSupport during annual audits by providing necessary information.Could you help with the preparation of local transfer pricing documentation and reports?Assist in the preparation of tax workings/ documentation for overseas entities (US, UK, Singapore, and so on).Tax Audits and Litigation:
Collating data, and reconciling with books during tax audits and assessment.Maintain a tracker for all tax-related documents.Coordination with the auditors & consultants for filing of tax reports and returnsOthers:
Support internal teams on tax-related mattersPreparation of MIS reports and managements relating to TaxEnsure that accounting entries about tax is properly made
Profile Description:
Tax professional with good working knowledge of direct and indirect taxes, and relevant in-house experienceA bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, as well as a master's degree in taxation, is a plus.Proven track record of successfully preparing and filing various tax returns (GST, WHT, 15CA/15CB, Corporate Tax).Strong understanding of GST regulations, including reconciliation and ITC calculations.Experience in supporting tax audits and assessments.Familiarity with transfer pricing regulations (local and international).Experience with international tax compliance, particularly for US, UK, and Singapore entities, is highly desirable.Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.Proficiency in relevant tax software and MS Office Suite.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
