Senior Finance & Accounts Executive

We are a leading real estate developer in Dubai seeking experienced finance professionals to join our team.

About the Role
  • Manage financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable
  • Oversee bank reconciliations and cash flow management
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS and UAE tax regulations (VAT, corporate tax)
  • Assist in financial audits and liaise with auditors
  • Support financial decision-making through data analysis
  • Implement internal controls to enhance financial efficiency
Requirements
  • CA Inter / ICWA / MBA Finance or equivalent
  • 5-12 years of experience in finance & accounts
  • Experience in real estate development or contracting companies preferred
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards
  • Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
