Role: Assistant Vice President – Salesforce Technical Architect Experience: 14+ yearsLocation: PAN IndiaSummary:Senior Salesforce Solution/Technical Architect with proven experience in designing scalable enterprise solutions across Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, and Industry Clouds. Strong ability to align business needs with architecture strategy and lead complex end-to-end Salesforce transformations.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and re-architect enterprise Salesforce solutions and application landscapes.Lead requirements workshops and convert business needs into scalable technical architectures.Implement Apex enterprise patterns, LWC, Flows, and platform best practices.Drive data modeling, data migration strategies, integrations (APIs, ETL, MuleSoft), and security architecture.Prepare solution/technical design documents and estimation models.Provide governance, code reviews, and DevOps / CI-CD guidance (SFDX, Copado, Jenkins, Gearset).Support presales/RFPs with solutioning and architecture proposals.Work closely with delivery and support teams to ensure smooth project execution and production stability.Required Experience & SkillsStrong expertise across Salesforce Clouds: Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, Data Cloud.Knowledge of Industry Clouds (FSC, Manufacturing, Health Cloud, CPG, etc.).Hands-on with CPQ / Revenue Cloud / Field Service Lightning.Familiarity with integration patterns and middleware platforms (MuleSoft preferred).Deep understanding of Salesforce security/sharing models.Experience in Agile delivery, stakeholder management, and technical leadership.QualificationsB.E/B.Tech/MCA or equivalent.Salesforce Architect and/or advanced Salesforce Certifications preferred.
