ATypical Day:

  • Executeprojects with regular direction; providing constant updates tobusiness stakeholders analytics management and deliver againstagreedtimelines.
  • Minedata to identify patterns and correlations among the various datapoints
  • Ensurethe availability of data quality and data integrity for analysisand reporting working closely with global insights and Indiaanalyticsfunctions.
  • Executeadhoc reporting data investigations uncover root causes prioritizedemands and build standard scorecards on emerging social mediatopics.
  • Understandand solve business problems within assigned scope using relevantanalytical tools and build long term scalable solutions involvingdescriptive diagnostic and predictiveanalytics.
  • Understandhow to best measure the performance of Airbnb products and businessthrough new metrics and dimensions.
  • Presentand drive ideations solutions and progress updates to the businessstakeholders.
  • Seta roadmap for projects up to a month ahead after consulting withthe team manager considering timelines andresources.

Requirements


  • 46years of industry experience and a degree (Bachelors or Masters) indigital marketing business analytics or a relatedfield.
  • Goodcommunication and collaboration skills with the ability to workeffectively with internal teams in a crosscultural andcrossfunctionalenvironment.
  • Abilityto conduct rigorous analysis and communicate conclusions to bothtechnical and nontechnicalaudiences
  • Proventrack record of delivering valuable insights and influencingbusiness impact throughanalytics.
  • Beginnerlevel understanding of analytical frameworks statistical methodologiesand reporting tools such asTableau/PowerBI .
  • Intermediateto advancedlevel proficiency in social media tools such asTalkwalker SprinklrBrandwatch etc and dataannotation methodologies using social mediadata.
  • Advancedlevel expertise in presentation tools likeKeynote Google Slides andPowerPoint .
  • Handsonexperience partnering with internal teams to drive action andproviding expertise and direction on insights generation root causeanalysis and metricmeasurement.
  • Havea positive and solutionoriented mindset with an ability to maintainconfidentiality andobjectivity.
  • Exceptionalproblemsolving abilities selfmotivation and ability to workautonomously taking ownership of projects and driving them tocompletion.
  • Strongorganizational and time management skills with the ability tomanage multiple priorities and meetdeadlines.
  • Knowledgeand understanding of NLP techniques using textual data would be aplus
