What will You do?

Owns and manages the sourcing of insights and associated data for assigned projects. Aggregate data & insights on brands and verticals using 1P/3P tools. Documentation of findings & data to organized Google asset. Key question mapping to 1P and 3P platforms. Use of platforms to answer prompt questions. Translation of data into actionable insights (Google Slides) along with recommendations for brands. Integration of feedback into presentation. Collaboration with QA and Brand Strategists for Insight refinement.

What will You need to Succeed?

3+ years of experience in digital marketing, market research, or data analysis. Strong analytical skills to understand complicated data, and the ability to suggest recommendations based on the findings. Expert in data collection and validation. Expertise with syndication tools such as Comscore, Quantcast, GlobalWebIndex, Simmons, MRI, etc. Strong analytical skills to understand complex data, with data visualization skills is a plus. Proven approach to deriving insights from social media listening tools (Brandwatch, Sysomos, Talkwalker, etc). Collaborative and growth mindset, implementing feedback and direction quickly. Strong project management skills.

Qualifications:
Degree in Economics/ Statistics/ Mathematics or related fields.

Must Have Skills:

Skilled using Microsoft Office or G Suite (e.g. Macros; Pivot Tables). Proficient in handling, analyzing and interpreting data in an insightful manner Is highly collaborative and adaptable with the ability to work effectively within different cultural and technical environments. Excellent critical thinking skills, problem solving skills, organization and time management skills and superior attention to detail. Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills in order to comfortably connect with partners at all levels across the organization and facilitates discussions in a constructive manner. Enjoys actively looking for new and more efficient ways of improving processes, raising standards, reducing errors, and overcoming omissions. Basic understanding of mobile and web technologies and tools. Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects at once.
