Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager at Economy Process Solutions reporting to the GM South. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. While the role is primarily located in the Greater Bengaluru Area, flexibility for some remote work is available.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Sales Strategy Development, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management skills
  • Experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of the engineering industry, particularly process equipment and vacuum systems
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical engineering or mechanical engineering is a must . MBA preferred.
  • Min 5 to 6 years in the vacuum plant and process industry.
