Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and manage inventory of all spare parts and tools.
  • Ensure availability of critical spares to reduce machine downtime.
  • Monitor and track stock levels, reordering as necessary to maintain optimal inventory.
  • Coordinate with maintenance and production departments to understand requirements and usage patterns.
  • Source and negotiate with suppliers to procure quality spare parts at competitive prices.
  • Inspect incoming parts for quality, quantity, and compliance with specifications.
  • Implement and maintain an organized storage system (e.g., FIFO/LIFO).
  • Keep detailed records of parts usage, receipts, and issuances.
  • Prepare periodic inventory reports and perform stock audits.
  • Dispose of obsolete or non-moving inventory as per company policy.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the store area.
  • Use ERP or inventory management systems effectively for all operations.
