SAP BTP Full Stack Developer

Job Overview: We are looking for a passionate and skilled SAP BTP Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in SAP UI5 , CAPM (Cloud Application Programming Model) , and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) . The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying modern, scalable, and efficient enterprise-grade applications that integrate seamlessly with SAP S/4HANA and other systems. The role demands hands-on technical skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate development and ensure code quality. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and enhance SAP UI5/Fiori applications with a focus on usability, scalability, and performance. Build backend services using SAP CAPM (Node.js) and integrate them with SAP S/4HANA or external systems through OData and REST APIs. Develop and manage applications within the SAP BTP ecosystem, including Cloud Foundry , Destinations , and Connectivity services . Collaborate closely with functional consultants, architects, and QA teams to deliver reliable and maintainable solutions. Utilize AI-assisted development tools (such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) for coding, testing, and documentation. Troubleshoot and optimize performance across both frontend and backend layers. Participate in code reviews, technical discussions , and mentor junior developers when required. Required Skills & Qualifications: 2–4 years of hands-on experience in SAP UI5 / Fiori custom application development. Strong experience with CAPM (Node.js) for backend service development. Solid understanding of SAP BTP concepts — Subaccount setup, Destinations, Connectivity, and Application Lifecycle Management. Proficiency in OData services , REST APIs , and JSON data handling. Good understanding of MVC architecture , JavaScript , HTML5 , and CSS3 . Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving abilities. Exposure to AI tools or automation frameworks for faster development cycles. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Good to Have (Preferred Skills): Knowledge of SAP Business Process Automation (BPA) or Workflow Management . Familiarity with Fiori Elements and CAPM-based OData V4 services . Experience with DevOps practices within SAP BTP (CI/CD pipelines, Git integration, Transport Management). Understanding of AI Agents and their integration patterns with enterprise applications.
