About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced SAP BTP Developer with 4–5 years of hands-on development experience across SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). The ideal candidate should also have working knowledge of Microsoft Azure, especially for integrations, API management, security, and cloud-native development.Key Responsibilities1. Application & Extension Development- Develop and deploy applications on SAP BTP Cloud Foundry & Kyma.- Build SAP UI5/Fiori applications (freestyle + Fiori elements).- Build extensions for SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, SuccessFactors, and other SAP cloud apps.- Develop CAP (Node.js/Java) applications with OData/REST services.2. Integration & API Development- Build integrations using:- SAP Integration Suite (CPI, API Management, Event Mesh)- Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, API Management, Event Grid)- Design and manage secure API consumption between SAP and Azure workloads.- Develop event-driven architectures using SAP Event Mesh or Azure Event Grid.3. Database & Data Modeling- Create models & artefacts on SAP HANA Cloud (SQLScript, Calculation Views, CDS).- Optional: Experience working with Azure SQL, Azure Databricks, or Azure Storage.4. DevOps & CI/CD- Use Git-based development (GitHub/Bitbucket).- Implement pipelines using:- SAP BTP CI/CD- Azure DevOps Pipelines / GitHub Actions- Support automated testing, deployments, and quality reviews.5. Security & Compliance- Implement authentication & authorization using XSUAA and Azure AD.- Manage OAuth2 flows, JWT tokens, roles/scopes.- Ensure compliance with secure coding and data privacy standards.6. Collaboration & Delivery- Work closely with architects, functional consultants, and product owners.- Participate in sprint ceremonies and contribute to technical documentation.- Support deployments, performance tuning, and incident resolution.Required Skills & Experience- 4–5 years of SAP BTP development experience.- Strong hands-on knowledge of:- SAP BTP Cloud Foundry & Kyma- SAP UI5/Fiori- SAP CAP (Node.js/Java)- OData & REST APIs- SAP Integration Suite (CPI/iFlow)- SAP HANA Cloud- Git, CI/CD- Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure, such as:- Azure Logic Apps- Azure API Management- Azure AD / OAuth- Azure Functions (bonus)- Event Grid / Service BusGood to Have- SAP BTP or SAP Integration Certification.- Experience with SAP Build Apps / Build Process Automation.- Experience developing AI integrations using Azure OpenAI or SAP Joule.- Understanding of cloud networking, hybrid connectivity, or VPN setup.Education- B.E / B.Tech / MCA / M.Tech in Computer Science or related fields.Location Bangalore, IndiaHybrid or onsite depending on project.About the CompanyBrainbox Consulting Digital is a modern digital transformation and SAP partner focused on SAP BTP, AI-led procurement, S/4HANA Cloud, and advanced integrations across the SAP ecosystem.
