Job Title: Front Desk Executive

Location: Thrissur

The Front Desk Executive will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and partners of the company. This role involves managing the reception area, handling incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth office operations and a professional company image.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and greet clients, visitors, and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage the reception area and ensure it is clean, presentable, and well-organized.
  • Answer, screen, and forward phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
  • Coordinate and schedule client meetings, property visits, and appointments for the sales/management team.
  • Maintain visitor logs, appointment records, and contact databases.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (couriers, letters, etc.).
  • Provide basic information about company projects, services, and locations.
  • Support the sales and marketing teams with documentation and coordination when required.
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive company and client information.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate in any discipline (Hospitality/Administration background preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience as a Front Desk Executive/Receptionist, preferably in real estate, corporate, or hospitality sector.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and customer service-oriented approach.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Fluency in English & Malayalam

Job Type: Full-time
