As a Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will lead the design, development, and implementation of Sail Point solutions across enterprise environments. This is a hands-on technical role with opportunities to influence architecture and drive innovation in identity governance. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end design and development of Sail Point IIQ solutions Develop and implement Identity Manager solutions using Sail Point Integrate Identity Management systems with authoritative sources Configure and customize Sail Point connectors for AD, Jira, Service Now, SAP, and other role-based applications Onboard applications and develop custom connectors Provide BAU (Business-As-Usual) support and manage release cycles Handle ticket support and issue resolution Utilize Java and Bean Shell scripting for advanced customization Required Skills & Experience: Proven experience with Sail Point Identity IQ (version 8+) Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management and access governance Hands-on experience with connector development and application onboarding Proficiency in Java and Bean Shell scripting Experience integrating with AD, ticketing tools (Jira, Service Now), and SAP Strong problem-solving and communication skills Preferred Locations: Open to candidates across Pan India – including Pune, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Chandigarh, and Bhubaneshwar.
