Desired:7 years of experience in the identity and access management (IAM) security domain including user life cycle management, provisioning, application onboarding, custom connectors, access reviews, role-based access control, separation of duties, and certificationsApache Tomcat experienceCode development with Java, Bean shell, scripting (PowerShell), REST APIs, and relational databasesExperience with compliance requirements and reporting, preferably in a PowerBI environmentDemonstrated ability to work in a self-directed manner, manage complex projects and stay up to date with the latest industry developments and best practices and apply the knowledge in the workplace.Ability to communicate complex technical concepts and information effectively both verbally and in writing.Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent experienceUtility industry experienceSailPoint Identity Now /Identity AISOX, Privacy and/or NERC CIP regulationsCISSP-Certified Information Systems Security Professional or similar security certificationSailPoint certificationExperience with risk management/controls, vulnerability management, and business continuity/disaster recovery
