Key Responsibilities:

Agile Leadership and Team Facilitation :

Serve as a Scrum Master for multiple agile teams, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Coach and mentor team members on agile principles, practices, and ceremonies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

Ensure adherence to agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and best practices, and adapt processes to meet the needs of the team and project.

Project Management and Delivery :

- Lead the end-to-end delivery of IT projects, from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with project objectives, scope, and timelines.

- Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocations, and track progress against milestones and deliverables.

- Identify and mitigate risks and issues proactively, and escalate as needed to ensure timely resolution and project success.

- Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders, including business sponsors, product owners, and development teams.

- Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to stakeholders at all levels of the organization, and facilitate decision-making as needed.

Team Collaboration and Empowerment :

- Foster a collaborative and empowered team environment, encouraging open communication, transparency, and accountability.

- Empower teams to self-organize and make decisions autonomously, while providing guidance and support as needed to remove obstacles and drive results.

Continuous Improvement and Innovation :

- Lead efforts to identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency gains, and innovation within the agile delivery framework.

- Champion the adoption of new tools, techniques, and methodologies to enhance team productivity and delivery excellence.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.

- 15+ years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or agile team lead.

- Strong understanding of agile principles and methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban), with a proven track record of successfully leading agile teams and delivering projects.

- Certification as a Scrum Master (e.g., CSM, PSM) and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams and stakeholders.

- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and experience working in agile software development environments.

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.

- Experience in industries such as technology, finance, healthcare, or telecommunications.

- Knowledge of project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Agile planning tools.

- Experience with scaled agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS) and large-scale agile transformations.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
