Job DescriptionResponsible for the complete pay process in accordance with the Company policies and procedures (Timely and accurate processing of invoices and employees’ reimbursement as per contract agreements for all service providers along with all supporting/pertaining documentation)Responsible for compilation of information for audits (GST Audit, InternalAudit & Statutory Audit)Adhere to all internal control procedures & standards for the processing of payments.Responsible for complete and TDS compliances (Deduction/ Charge of TDS & GST as per compliance and preparing data for Monthly/Quarterly/Annually Returns & audits)Responsible for multi-location GST compliancesResponsible for record management/ BookkeepingResponsible for accounting entries Journals and books of accountsResponsible for periodic/timely reconciliation of Bank, Vendor, Debtor & RelatedPartyAssisting in closing the books on a monthly and annual basis with stringent due datesResponsible for filing, scanning, and archiving the entire accounting recordsLiaising with different stakeholders for smooth operations in the accounts-payable functionResponsible for foreign paymentsResponsible for all travel and ticketing arrangements through travel agencies or online portalsResponsible for ground transportation balancing cost and considerationManaged cafeteria as per health guidelines and continued to monitor the quality of food articles servedUphold a strict level of confidentiality

Skill Set required

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in commerce/ financeExtensive knowledge of accounting and relative complianceExtensive knowledge of indirect taxes for multi-locationsWorking knowledge of direct taxesTeam playerSelf-starter and highly motivatedAdvanced Microsoft Office skills

Working Knowledge of ERPStrong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilitiesExceptional interpersonal skillsFlexible which includes late night to support operationsFriendly and professional demeanorInclude local traveling for Greater Noida
