We're looking for a Social Media Manager who can take full ownership of our brand's social presence, grow our audience, and turn engagement into measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute a viral, data-driven social strategy across Instagram, TikTok/Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
  • Build a monthly content calendar aligned with app launches, campaigns, and brand voice.

Content Creation & Management

  • Oversee production of highly engaging Reels, carousels, and short-form videos.
  • Write thumb-stopping captions and CTAs that drive shares and downloads.
  • Work with designers, video editors, and UGC creators for top-quality output.

Community Management

  • Reply to DMs, comments, and mentions with an engaging, on-brand tone.
  • Proactively engage in relevant conversations to grow organic reach.

Campaign Execution

  • Launch and manage organic & paid social campaigns to boost downloads and engagement.
  • Test and optimize creative formats for maximum performance.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track KPIs like reach, engagement, CTR, and downloads from social.
  • Share weekly/monthly reports with actionable next steps.

Requirements

  • 2+ years managing social media for a brand, preferably in consumer apps or edtech.
  • Strong grasp of Instagram/TikTok algorithms and short-form content trends.
  • Excellent storytelling and copywriting skills.
  • Experience with social tools like Later, Buffer, Canva, CapCut, or similar.
  • Data-driven mindset and adaptability to fast-paced content testing.

Preferred Skills

  • Running Meta & TikTok ads.
  • Influencer & UGC campaign management.
  • Basic design/video editing.
  • Knowledge of growth hacking strategies for apps.
