We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Store Manager for one of our biggest client & store located in Mumbai & Pune. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of success in managing high-volume retail operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales, inventory management, staffing, and customer service.
Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability while maintaining operational efficiency.
Lead and motivate a diverse team of employees to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Analyze sales trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and continuous learning.
Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to enhance the store's reputation and market presence.
Requirements:
Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a large format store with high business volume.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in inventory management, sales forecasting, and budgeting.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Knowledge of local market trends and consumer preferences in Mumbai.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).
