Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Technical Lead to join our dynamic team. As a Java Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers in designing and implementing high-quality software solutions using Java technologies. The ideal candidate should have at least 7 to 10 years of experience in Java development and possess strong leadership and communication skills. This is a full-time position based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field7 to 10 years of experience in Java developmentStrong knowledge of Java programming language and related frameworks (Spring boot, Hibernate)Experience in leading a team of developersExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environmentExperience with Agile software development methodologiesKnowledge of payment processing systems and technologies is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead a team of developers in designing, coding, and testing Java applicationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and translate them into technical specificationsProvide technical guidance and mentorship to team membersConduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practicesTroubleshoot and resolve complex software defectsOptimize application performance and scalabilityStay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies related to Java development
