ISO 9001), CMMI, and audit methodologyCertifications like ISO Lead Auditor, Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) preferredFamiliarity with digital tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Power BI)Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skillsExperience in IT Service company.
