Who are we?Azaadi is the World’s First nicotine-free Ayurvedic solution to tobacco addiction whether it’s cigarettes or any form of tobacco. Featured on Shark Tank India, our mission is to help crores of people reclaim their health and break free from addiction.What are we looking for?We’re looking for a data-driven and performance-focused Growth Manager to scale Azaadi, a Shark Tank-featured wellness start-up helping people quit smoking and tobacco through Ayurvedic, nicotine-free solutions.This role is for someone who thrives at the intersection of marketing, analytics, and creativity - someone who can drive measurable growth across digital platforms, optimize funnels, and lead performance campaigns for both Indian and international markets.Responsibilities:Run & optimise campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok & PinterestManage Shopify store, funnel performance & conversion ratesTrack & report performance (CAC, ROAS, CTR, etc.)Collaborate with creative & content teams for ad strategyOversee email & retention campaigns via Klaviyo/MailchimpIdentify and execute new growth opportunities across markets and maintain P&L.Requirements:3–4 years of experience in growth/performance marketing (D2C preferred)Hands-on with paid media, analytics & budgeting toolsExperience in Indian & US markets a strong plusAnalytical, creative & result-driven mindsetPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Prior experience in health, wellness, or FMCG D2C brands.Familiarity with AI-based marketing tools or automation systems is advantageous.Experience: 3-4 yearsLocation: Goregaon West, Mumbai (On-site or Remote may be considered)To Apply: Send your CV and writing samples to or WhatsApp
