Job Title: Senior Field Sales Executive
Roles & Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients and offer advertising services.
Initiate discussions via emails, calls, and meetings.
Deliver compelling sales pitches to subscribe for advertising space.
Explain benefits of ad services and their market reach.
Provide advertising sales materials to assist clients in decision making.
Supervise advertising sales representatives' hiring and operations.
Conduct market research.
Offer expert recommendations based on cost and viewership.
Collaborate with department heads for advertising strategies.
Maintain strong client relationships for effective business dealings.
Negotiate prices with clients for mutual benefit.
Review ad campaigns to meet client specifications.
Should be comfortable in field sales.
Requirements:
Negotiation skills for payment terms.
Decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication skills.
Assertiveness and leadership qualities.
Should have a DL and a Bike
Relevant Experience:
Minimum 6 months experience.
Work Location: Lucknow
