Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Operator to join our Hyderabad team. This role focuses on supporting HR operations, maintaining employee records, and assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about human resources. Key Responsibilities Manage and update HR databases and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality. Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate communications. Support onboarding activities to ensure proper documentation and a seamless integration for new hires. Provide administrative support to the HR team to enhance operational efficiency. Help organize employee engagement initiatives and support HR-related projects. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields. Strong communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with HR tools is an added advantage. Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a dynamic work environment.
