Manage and analyze sales-related spreadsheets to track key performance indicators (KPIs).- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including the preparation of sales materials, reports, and presentations.- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential leads, understand market trends, and gather competitive intelligence to support sales strategies.- Scheduling and Coordination: Assist in organizing and scheduling sales meetings, appointments, and other team events.- Record Keeping: Help maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and communication logs.Key Requirements:- Graduate or a Post Graduate student in Business, Marketing, or the same similar field- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.- Take ownership of tasks, work independently, and manage time effectively.- Excellent communication and presentation skills.- Adapt and learn new services and technical jargon to better serve clients.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.- A strategic thinker with a data-driven decision-making approach.
