Experience Required : 4 - 8 yrs
Industry: Skincare or Beauty cosmetics must
Roles & Responsibilities :
• Accurately predict the trends and products in demand and in the future.
• Forging relationships with (manufacturers wholesale distributors) internal and external function partners.
• Handling both online and offline Channel.
• Handling PNL .
• Handling Top line & Bottom line.
• Ensuring product training is happening on time along with refresher – to be reflected with corresponding mystery audit scores.
• Monitoring the sales and inventory numbers.
• Track the movements and delivery of goods products from various partners.
• Creating consumer insights and tailoring purchases to their needs.
• Research on various product markets.
Required Skills & Competencies :
• Superior understanding of Indian fashion retailing and global trends.
• Good judgment
• Strong analytical skills
• Negotiation skills
• Ability to build and nurture multiple internal and external (vendor- partner) relationship
• Good planning and execution skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
