Roles & Responsibilities:
Major Customer Account Management: Oversee and manage key customer accounts, ensuring their needs are met and maintaining strong relationships.
Client Acquisition: Actively seek out and secure new clients in the target market segments.
Marketing and Promotion: Develop and execute strategies to market products effectively and expand business opportunities.
Product Development: Lead efforts in designing and developing new fencing products, ensuring they meet market demands and quality standards.
Annual Marketing Plan: Collaborate with the sales department to develop an annual marketing plan aligned with organizational objectives.
Client Visits: Travel to visit potential clients, conduct presentations, and negotiate contracts.
Sales Staff Training: Provide guidance and training to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.
Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and implement effective sales strategies, setting achievable targets to drive business growth.
Sales Analysis: Compile and analyze sales figures to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Experience: Minimum 15 years of sales experience in Saudi Arabia, with a preference for candidates with experience in fencing.
- Education: Mechanical Engineering background, preferably with an MBA or PG Diploma in Business Management.
- Managerial Experience: Previous experience in managerial or administrative positions, demonstrating leadership and strategic capabilities.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and Arabic is essential for effective communication with clients and team members.
