Responsibilities

• Lead team of automation engineers working on development of IT process automation

• Responsible for driving customer implementation projects related to automation

• Responsible for providing insights from incident/request ticket from service -

now/remedy and identifying automation opportunity.

• Drive discussions on automation opportunity, business requirement with business

operations and customers

• Responsible for implementing automation solution using Ansible Automation, AyehuNG, PowerShell, Shell Script, Python , Dot Net for customers on Cloud , Windows Server, Linux environment

• Drive technical research and development to enable continuing innovation

• Demonstrated experience in building and mentoring technical teams

• Ability to own solutions for design and architecture

• Hire and Coach team of high performing automation developers

• Must demonstrate flexibility with client and meet demanding deadlines

• Ability to run extra mile to deliver projects on demand

• Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently


Minimum qualifications

• Position requires 5-7 years of Automation script development for Information

• Must have hands on programming experience in PowerShell, Shell script(Linux)

• Should have hands on experience on developing and deploying Ansible playbooks

• Should have experience on developing automation workflows using Ansible for cloud -AWS, Azure, etc

• Experience is handling integration using API

• Knowledge about applications like System Center Orchestrator, Active Directory,

Exchange, SQL/Oracle, IIS, Auto IT, SCCM, SCOM will be an advantage

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred qualifications

Development of windows app using Dot Net and C#, understanding of WCF will be added
