The company is at an ARR of 120 Cr and aims to reach 400 Cr with 20% EBITDA in the next 3 years.Come, join a passionate team of over 500 young and energetic team members and 3500+ expert teachers on this roller coaster ride to build the most loved brand for kids who will move the worldRoles and Responsibilities:The performance marketing manager for Meta Ads will have complete ownership of Meta Ads channel spanning over multiple geographies and categories.This is an individual contributor role with cross cross-functional interface with other stakeholders, including extensive collaboration with the creative team. The incumbent should be a full funnel marketer with deep expertise in performance marketing channels. The role will expand into category management and accountability of other channels over time.The key roles and responsibilities include1) Performance Marketing- Create and optimise Meta ads campaigns across different geographies and take ownership of key metrics such as ROAS and Demos- Identify new opportunities for growth through new creatives, categories and geographies2) Creative Analysis and Creation- Analyse various creatives and identify key drivers for hook rates and hold rates- Research new trends in Meta Creatives and come up with concept ideas for the Video creatives team- Independently conceptualise and implement creative ads (static and videos) to augment the creative teams3) Category DevelopmentWork extensively on all levers to develop the category such as- Messaging and communication- Product packaging, pitch, pricing- Lead to demo conduction levers- Sales enablementWhat are We Looking For?- A collaborative attitude with a problem solving mindset- BTech from a tier 1 engineering institute such as IIT/ NIT/ DTU/ NSUT or equivalent- 4-7 years of experience with a startup with deep experience in performance marketing are creative development- Excellent analytical abilityWhat are the behavioral attributes that we are looking for?- A keen desire to build products for a fast-growing Series B funded startup- An apparent Founder's mindset i.e. A mindset where the person can own up Meta Ads and shape it independently like a FounderKindly reach out to
