Profile: AVP -ECM Merchant Banking

Department: Merchant Banking

Direct Reporting To President - Business

Responsibilities:

  • Execution for all merchant banking assignments (including Mergers & Acquisitions, IPO, Rights Issues, delisting, open offer, buyback, ESOP, structuring, etc).
  • Correspondences / Interaction with regulatory authorities, e.g. SEBI, Stock Exchanges, RBI, etc
  • Due Diligence, drafting of offer document/prospectus, public announcements, and agreements
  • Preparation and maintenance of various databases required for analytical purposes
  • Preparation of financial model and information memorandum
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with clarity of thought, speech and
  • expression.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Good Analytical Skills.

Qualification: CA/CS

Skill Required

  • Merchant Banking with capital market transactions
  • Sound knowledge of corporate laws, SEBI LODR
  • Drafting capabilities, Presentation & communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
