Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests with check-in/check-out procedures.
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and room allocations.
- Handle guest queries, complaints, and requests promptly.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments.
- Maintain accurate records and cash/credit transactions.
Requirements:
- Previous hospitality/front desk experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer and hotel management software.
- Ability to work in 12-hour rotational shifts.
- Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹17,000.00 per month
