About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Technical Business Support Coordinator.In this role, you will:

Oversee user access and other security administration issues, production support, and troubleshooting, application maintenance, monitoring and balancingSupport application installations and upgradesAccess provisioning and de provisioningManage users database and rolesAccess review and certification, Auditing and ReportingParticipate in business continuity planning activityMonitor and coordinate proper maintenance or replacement of user equipmentServe as the first point of contact for technical issues and initiatives related to all systems, tools and applications used by the teamConduct and develop user training and conduct research and develop user needs assessmentsResolve Team queries and be point of contact for Process queriesEffectively handle and resolve escalations,Collaborate and deliver team objectivesDeliver process training / Walkthroughs and track training completionPerforming QC, Identify training needs and Provide refresher training to bridge the knowledge gapEffectively managing stakeholders and driving efficiency projectsInitiating transformation projects/ideas.Required Qualifications:
