  • Work inan agile environment coordinating with people across products anddisciplines balancing business objectives enduser goals andtechnical requirements to assist in the creation of worldclassexperiences.
  • Responsible for ensuring the user viewpoint iswellrepresented in everything that the Digital Product teams dofrom planning through development and release.
  • A skilled and curious researcherwho can plan recruit conduct analyze and present user research.
  • Help build wholeteam buyin and bring your Product Owner and developers with youthrough the process whether through field research collaborativejourney mapping facilitating a design sprint or running a usabilitytest.
  • By obtainingand communicating user needs for shortterm and longterm visioningvalidating experiences in an agile environment and conductingdeeper exploration into concepts that impact multiple project teamsthis role will impact customer prospect and partner experiences.
  • This role is 80%user experience research/analysis and 20% strategic user experiencewith opportunities to apply interaction design skills if you havethem.
  • Experiencewith B2B commerce is highly beneficial
Responsibilities:
  • Plan andconduct user research as an input into both experience strategy andproject execution.
  • Guide teams on best research methods for a given problemquestion or challenge.
  • Analyse synthesize interpret and explain researchresults.
  • Prepare anddeliver easytounderstand welldesigned research plans and findingstailored to a variety of audiences.
  • Plan and facilitate workshops with keystakeholders to gather information and insights. Help drive toconsensus.
  • Documentand communicate outcomes in a clear effective and visuallyappealing manner.
  • Actively lead and collaborate in discussions and workingsessions with crossfunctional groups.
  • Interpret user feedback to help guidedesigners as they develop highfidelity designs and prototypes.
  • Work independentlyunder general prioritization and guidance of the UX Director.
  • Demonstrate thecompanys core values of respect honesty integrity diversityinclusion and safety.
Specific DeliverablesInclude:
  • Research Proposals/Plans. ResearchResults/Analysis Presentations and LeaveBehinds.
  • Personas and User/CustomerJourney Maps Required
Experience:
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
  • 5 to 9 years in auser experience role including UX research and UX strategy
  • Experience planningconducting and summarizing user research and design workshops
  • Experience withtools such as Dovetail Lookback Validately Qualtrics or Miro
  • Experience using avariety of research methods across the product lifecycle Excellentwritten verbal and interpersonal communications skills
  • Strong presentation skillsincluding preparing presentations and presenting them to variouslocal and remote audiences
  • Strong consultative skills capable problemsolvingabilities and ability to build consensus across teams
  • Willingness to travel as neededto conduct user research
  • Comfortable work independently on multiple projects andpriorities
Additional Preferred Experience
  • Degree in Anthropology Sociology PsychologyHuman Computer Interaction or similar field
  • HVAC and or manufacturingindustry experience
  • Experience with web and mobile design in an agileenvironment
  • Comfortable working with UX research and design agencies
  • Creating and testingInformation architectures & Microcopy
  • Working knowledge of graphic design bestpractices (color theory brand standards)
  • Experience in Figma Axure Sketch Adobe XDOmnigraffle Balsalmiq or other wireframing and interactiveprototyping tools
  • Experience leading researchers and/or designers
  • Microcopy experience
  • Quantitativeresearch skills
