Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Junior Product Manager/Associate Product Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a product role, preferably within the B2C/B2B2C app industry.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and enhancement of our products while gaining valuable experience in product management.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or related field.1-2 years of experience in a product management role, preferably within the B2C app industry (Preferred Entertainment industry – Not mandatory).Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Detail-oriented with a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.Self-starter with a proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative.Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana is preferred.

Responsibilities:

Product Development:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing to conceptualize, plan, and execute product features and enhancements.Market Research:

Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, and incorporate insights into product strategy.Product Strategy:

Assist in defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, considering both short-term goals and long-term objectives.Feature Prioritization:

Help prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, user feedback, technical feasibility, and market impact.User Experience:

Advocate for an exceptional user experience by gathering user feedback, conducting usability testing, and iterating on product designs.Metrics Analysis:

Analyse product performance metrics, user engagement, and feedback to assess the effectiveness of product initiatives and make data-driven decisions.Project Management:

Support project planning, execution, and delivery by defining project scope, setting timelines, and coordinating resources.Communication:

Effectively communicate product plans, progress, and updates to stakeholders, including executives, team members,and external partners.Continuous Learning:

Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in product management and apply learnings to improve processes and strategies.
