Job Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Sales Manager to join our team. As a Branch Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations of our branch in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. This is a full-time position with seniority level of 7 to 10 years of experience.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 7 to 10 years of experience in sales, marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a positive and confident approach.
  • Experience in preparing and maintaining MIS reports.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Knowledge of channel management and distribution networks.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Manage and supervise the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Provide training and guidance to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with industry developments and incorporate them into sales strategies.
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct performance evaluations of the sales team and provide feedback for improvement.
