: To achieve the given revenue and sales targets of the location assigned Complete Ownership of Sales, Operations and Customer/Student Experience for the given location Responsible for your allocated workload and must meet all targets as agreed with your Reporting Manager. Achieve & exceed the agreed targets Devise Sales Strategy and execute it Convert leads into sales from the given database Responsible for a Geographic territory

Knowledge, Skill, and Abilities

Having a knack for sales. Good interpersonal and presentation skills. To drive student admission numbers through various Channel Excellent leadership, delegation, and communication skills, with a drive to meet business goals and a Strong understanding of customer service . The candidate should have fluent oral and written English Should have experience in Sales and Marketing profile, with some experience in Edtech/Elearning, would be a distinct advantage Innovative mindset; able to come up with creative solutions and implement new ideas A high degree of integrity and honesty in all dealings Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines Technically competent with various software programs, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

Work Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Even Freshers with a zeal to prove can apply Minimum Graduate qualifications
