Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement creative social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, youtube etc.) to boost brand visibility and en

gagement.Conte

nt Creation: Create engaging, on-brand content (images, videos, and copy) tailored for each social platform using tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, and more.Commu nity Engagement: Manage and nurture online communities, respond to comments/messages, and drive meaningful interactions with followers.Digit al Marketing Integration: Collaborate with our marketing team to align social media with SEO, PPC, and email marketing strategies.Analy tics & Reporting: Track and analyze campaign performance, optimizing strategies based on data insights to improve results.Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of social media trends and platform changes, integrating innovative strategies to keep the brand relevant.Paid Campaigns: Manage and optimize paid ads on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms to maximize ROI.

Required Skills & Experience:

2-3 years of experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing (agency experience is

a plus).Stron

g skills in content creation with a focus on visuals and copywriting. Experience using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.Famil iarity with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.), trends, and algorithms.Prove n track record with paid social media campaigns (Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).Profi ciency in Google Analytics and social media insights tools to track and analyze campaign performance.Creat ive thinking with the ability to generate fresh ideas and unique content.Excel lent communication skills and attention to detail.Bache lor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).



Nice-to-Have Skills:

Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social). Familiarity with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro). Knowledge of influencer marketing and community building.
