Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the estimation process for multiple façade projects.
Review and validate cost estimates for materials, labor, and overheads.
Collaborate with procurement and technical teams to ensure accurate pricing.
Ensure timely submission of cost estimates to support bids and management decisions.
Prepare final cost reports and assist the Estimation Manager in presentations.
Monitor project costs to ensure control and budget adherence.
Mentor and guide junior team members for performance and growth.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related fields.
10+ years’ experience in estimation/quantity surveying in the façade industry.
Strong knowledge of cost estimation, tendering, and large-scale façade projects.
Proficiency in estimation and project management software (AutoCAD, ERP, etc.).
Excellent analytical, organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
