Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the estimation process for multiple façade projects.
  • Review and validate cost estimates for materials, labor, and overheads.
  • Collaborate with procurement and technical teams to ensure accurate pricing.
  • Ensure timely submission of cost estimates to support bids and management decisions.
  • Prepare final cost reports and assist the Estimation Manager in presentations.
  • Monitor project costs to ensure control and budget adherence.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members for performance and growth.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related fields.
  • 10+ years’ experience in estimation/quantity surveying in the façade industry.
  • Strong knowledge of cost estimation, tendering, and large-scale façade projects.
  • Proficiency in estimation and project management software (AutoCAD, ERP, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
