We act as an extended in-house team across acquisition, creatives, CRO, and retention. We’ve generated 200Cr+ attributed revenue , delivered consistent 4.2X average ROAS, and helped 50+ brands break revenue plateaus.Role: Facebook Media Buyer (D2C Focus)We don’t want a “button pusher.”We want someone who understands creatives, funnels, psychology, retention loops, and growth mechanics across the entire D2C journey.What You’ll DoStrategise, manage & scale Meta campaigns for fast-growing D2C brandsBuild and execute full-funnel growth plans (TOF/MOF/BOF)Collaborate with the creative team on hooks, angles & performance-first iterationsDeep-dive into metrics to find growth levers and eliminate plateausCommunicate clearly and proactively with clients & internal teamsRun structured creative testing and scale winning systemsYou’re a Great Fit If You…Have solid experience running Meta ads for D2C brandsUnderstand the interplay between creatives, CRO, landing pages & retentionCan break down complex numbers into simple insightsLove performance creatives (UGCs, statics, high-prods)Are data-driven, structured, and obsessed with performanceCommunicate exceptionally well — written & verbalBonus PointsExperience with Google AdsExperience in high-growth or fast-paced performance teamsLocation:New Delhi office (for hybrid)Remote option available for the right candidateRole Type: Full-TimeTo Apply: DM me or email your resume + case studies.If you’re ready to work with ambitious founders, run high-growth accounts, and be part of a rocket-ship agency , this is your cue.Let’s scale incredible brands together.
