Roles and Responsibilities

  • Authorize or deny medical claims based on patient's insurance policy.
  • Make outbound calls to patients, providers, and insurance companies for claim submission and follow-ups.
  • Manage denial management by identifying root causes of denials and resubmitting claims as needed.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of all interactions with patients, providers, and insurance companies.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy in processing claims while meeting productivity targets.

Desired Candidate Profile for Authorization AR & AR caller

  • 1-5 years of experience in Medical Billing or related field.
  • Strong understanding of US healthcare systems and regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in authorization processes, AR calling, denial management, and good knowledge of medical billing software applications.

  • 0-1 year experience in any field
  • Graduation mandatory
  • passed out are eligible
  • Excellent & strong Communication skills
  • should be flexible to work in Night shifts
  • Preferred Bangalore candidates
  • Take home - 18k

Location & Shift Timings

  • Shift timings - 6pm -3am (Night shift)
  • Two way cab around 15kms
