Melting & Lab Assistant:

For a reputed foundry- Melting supervisor required for CI/SGI casting manufacturing

Qualification: Diploma in metallurgical/BE

Experience: 4 +years

Foundry experienced preferred

  • Keep Furnace Lining & other Parameters in good working condition.
  • Keep Charging Material in Sufficient Quantity With Proper Identification.
  • For proper Mg- Treatment Maintain Sequence of Scrap CRC, Fe-Si-Mg, and Inoculant.
  • Do Proper Addition of carburizer & Ferro alloys & Maintain specified Chemistry
  • Maintain proper Taping & Pouring Temp.
  • Quality Plan For In Coming Material.
  • Sand testing
  • Spectro Testing
  • Micro cutting, polishing & report making
  • Raw material testing or certification validation
  • CAPA
  • T.C. certification
  • TS/BHN/3rd Party
  • 1S,2S
  • IPQC
  • Pre Dispatch Inspection report
  • In-process corrective actions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹50,000.00 per month
