**Melting & Lab Assistant**:
For a reputed foundry
- Melting supervisor required for CI/SGI casting manufacturing

Qualification: Diploma in metallurgical

Experience: 2-9 year in

Foundry experienced preferred
- Keep Furnace Lining & other Parameters in good working condition.
- Keep Charging Material in Sufficient Quantity With Proper Identification.
- For proper Mg
- Treatment Maintain Sequence of Scrap CRC, Fe-Si-Mg, and Inoculant.
- Do Proper Addition of carburizer & Ferro alloys & Maintain specified Chemistry
- Maintain proper Taping & Pouring Temp.
- Quality Plan For In Coming Material.
- Sand testing
- Spectro Testing
- Micro cutting, polishing & report making
- Raw material testing or certification validation
- CAPA
- T.C. certification
- TS/BHN/3rd Party
- 1S,2S
- IPQC
- Pre Dispatch Inspection report
- In-process corrective actions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
