Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Information Security Lead to join our team. This role will focus on Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM). The successful candidate will lead key security initiatives, design and implement security frameworks, and provide thought leadership in information security.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, implementation, and management of Information Security, GRC, and TPRM frameworks.
- Develop and monitor security policies, ensuring compliance with industry standards (ISO 27001, SOC 2, etc.).
- Oversee risk assessments, cyber maturity assessments, and vendor risk management.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, the CISO, and business teams to deliver robust security solutions.
- Manage responses to client security questionnaires and ensure timely RFP submissions.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, DPDP Act).
- Conduct security audits and lead efforts in Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and IT Disaster Recovery (ITDR).
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- 10-12 years of experience in Information Security, with 8+ years in GRC, TPRM, and Cloud Security solutions.
- Strong understanding of security standards and frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, HIPPA).
- Certifications like CISSP, CISM, CISA, or ISO 27000 Lead Implementer/Auditor are highly desired.
- Proven experience in managing security audits, risk reviews, and vendor assessments.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
