Experience- 3 to 5 yearsImmediate to 15 days Only Mumbai locationKey Responsibilities Assist in the development and maintenance of GRC policies procedures and guidelines Support the GRC team in ensuring alignment of organizational processes with regulatory requirements and industry best practices Participate in the review and enhancement of governance frameworks to improve operational efficiency Conduct Internal audit risk assessments to identify evaluate and mitigate potential risks to the organization Monitor and report on risk metrics ensuring timely identification and escalation of emerging risks Collaborate with business units to develop risk mitigation strategies and track the implementation of risk management plans Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements internal policies and standards Conduct compliance audits and assessments to identify gaps and recommend corrective actions Followup and monitor the implementation of audit recommendations Assist in the preparation of compliance reports for senior management and regulatory bodies Maintain accurate records of all GRC activities including risk assessments compliance audits and incident reports Study and resolve any compliance issues and breaches Skills and Qualifications Educational Background Bachelors degree in information security Business Administration or a related field Computer Science Experience 24years of experience Certifications ISMS lead AuditorImplementor ISO 9001Lead Auditor can be beneficial Skills Strong analytical communication and problemsolving skills Ability to work collaboratively across departmentsInterested candidates please share cv at Puja.Singh@ltimindtree.com
