We're Hiring: Operations CoordinatorKey Responsibilities:- Coordinate internal and external meetings, emails, and communications with professionalism and a strong customer service mindset.- Serve as a secondary point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors across multiple engagements.- Organize and support the scheduling and execution of CMMC certification training sessions.- Monitor project schedules and budgets, identifying and flagging potential risks early.- Maintain up-to-date project data in our PSA tool to support accurate reporting and forecasting.- Ensure data accuracy for leadership and internal teams to support strategic decision-making.- Provide regular project status updates to clients via email.- Proactively escalate concerns or issues related to client satisfaction or internal operations.- Take on additional duties as needed within the scope of the role.What You Bring to the Team:- 10+ years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in operations or project coordination in a consulting environment.- Bachelor's degree preferred.- PMP certification is a plus.- Proficient in project management tools and familiar with project delivery methodologies.- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
