Position Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical

MIS Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and analyzing data, creating insightful reports, and maintaining efficient data systems to support business decision-making. This role requires a strong command of analytical tools, a proactive mindset, and excellent collaboration skills to address business needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:Data Analysis & Reporting:Develop, analyze, and publish business reports to provide actionable insights.Interpret data trends to aid strategic decision-making.Dashboard Management:Create and manage Tableau dashboards to visualize data effectively.Ensure dashboards are up-to-date and meet stakeholders' requirements.Data Repository Management:Maintain and organize a centralized data repository.Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and accessibility of data for all stakeholders.Collaboration & Support:Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand and fulfill business requirements.Streamline reporting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Skills & Qualifications:Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Tableau and MS Excel (advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros, etc.).Analytical Thinking:

Strong ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.Detail Orientation:

Meticulous attention to data accuracy and consistency.Collaboration:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse teams.Problem-Solving:

Proactive approach to identifying and resolving data/reporting challenges.

Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.Experience in a similar role with proven success in data reporting and visualization.Familiarity with other BI tools or programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python) is a plus.
