Job Title/Designation: MIS Executive

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka

Experience: 2-4 years of relevant experience

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and analyzing data, creating insightful reports, and maintaining efficient data systems to support business decision-making. This role requires a strong command of analytical tools, a proactive mindset, and excellent collaboration skills to address business needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Analysis & Reporting:

- Develop, analyze, and publish business reports to provide actionable insights.- Interpret data trends to aid strategic decision-making.

1. Dashboard Management:

- Create and manage Tableau dashboards to visualize data effectively.- Ensure dashboards are up-to-date and meet stakeholders' requirements.

1. Data Repository Management:

- Maintain and organize a centralized data repository.- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and accessibility of data for all stakeholders.

1. Collaboration & Support:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand and fulfill business requirements.- Streamline reporting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Tableau and MS Excel (advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros, etc.).- Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.- Detail Orientation: Meticulous attention to data accuracy and consistency.- Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse teams.- Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to identifying and resolving data/reporting challenges.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.- Experience in a similar role with proven success in data reporting and visualization.- Familiarity with other BI tools or programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python) is a plus.
