Job Details

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Junior Accountant to support our finance team

in day-to-day accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in basic accounting practices

and have the ability to coordinate with vendors and internal teams for financial documentation,

payments, and reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update financial records with accuracy and in compliance with company

policies.

  • Record daily transactions including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.

  • Coordinate with vendors for invoice submission, verification, and payment follow-ups.

  • Support reconciliation of vendor accounts and assist in resolving discrepancies.

  • Assist with GST, TDS, and other tax-related entries and filings.

  • Ensure proper documentation of all tax-related records.

  • Manage basic administrative tasks linked to finance and daily operations.

  • Prepare and share reports as required by the finance lead.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Educational Qualifications:

  • B.Com or an equivalent degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.

  • 0-2 years of experience in accounts or any related field is preferred.

  • Freshers with strong fundamentals and a structured approach are also welcome to apply.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Basic working knowledge of Tally, Zoho Books, or other accounting software.

  • Familiarity with GST, TDS, and general tax regulations.

  • Proficient in MS Excel or Google Sheets.

  • Strong communication and coordination skills.

  • Attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work independently.

  • Good organizational and record-keeping abilities.
