We are seeking an experienced Junior Accountant to join our dynamic team at Unique Properties Head Office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, with specific experience in the real estate development sector. The Junior Accountant will be responsible for overseeing various financial aspects of the organization, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in day-to-day operations.

Note: Experience with a Real Estate Developer or a Real Estate Developer client is a must

Key Responsibilities:

1) Day-to-Day Accounting:

· Maintain and manage the daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

2) Bank Reconciliation:

· Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial records.

3) Payable Billing:

· Manage and process payable invoices accurately and in a timely manner.

4) Receivable Bank Receipts and Reconciliation:

· Handle receivables, process bank receipts, and reconcile receivable accounts.

5) GST Working & Filing (R1, 3B, 9 & 9C):

· Prepare and file GST returns, including R1, 3B, 9, and 9C, ensuring compliance with GST regulations.

6) TDS Working & Filing:

· Calculate, deduct, and deposit TDS in accordance with applicable laws.

7) Advance Tax Working:

· Manage and calculate advance tax payments.

8) Self-Assessment Tax Working:

· Ensure accurate calculations and timely submission of self-assessment tax.

9) Maintain and reconcile 2B and 3B records in Tally ERP 9 & Prime.

10) Handle 26QB filings and related documentation.

11) Understanding Notices (if any) and Preparing Data for Replies

12) Collaborate with auditors by providing data and addressing any queries during audits.

13) Work in coordination with the CA to prepare accurate Balance Sheets and Profit/Loss statements.

14) Software Requirements:

· Tally ERP 9 & Prime

· Winman

· GST Portal

· Traces

· Income Tax

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Skills and Competencies:

· Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

· Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 & Prime, Winman, GST Portal, Traces, and Income Tax software.

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
