Based in Ahmedabad, our wide range of products allows us to cater to the unique needs of different industries.
This is a full-time on-site role for a Back Office Executive at CHARMS AGENCIES PVT LTD. As a Back Office Executive, you will be responsible for handling back office operations, office operations, communication, sales, and finance tasks. Your day-to-day tasks will involve managing documentation, coordinating with different departments, handling customer queries, and supporting sales and finance processes.
- Strong knowledge of back office operations and office operations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle sales-related tasks effectively
- Basic knowledge of finance and accounting
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Experience in the Oil and Gas industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
