Internship Overview
Position:
Sales Operations Specialist Intern
Duration:
3 months (with potential for full-time position)
Stipend:
₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
The intern will support sales operations to ensure every sales demo leads to actionable next steps and no deal is lost due to missing follow-up or CRM gaps. This includes:
- Lead & Deal Assignment:
Supporting the allocation of owners for every new lead and open deal in HubSpot. - Demo Audit:
Reviewing demo notes to confirm goals, outcomes, and next steps are properly captured. - Task Creation & Follow-up:
Assisting in creating and tracking tasks for Account Executives/BDRs after each demo. - Reporting & Monitoring:
Helping run daily/weekly reports to flag stalled deals, overdue follow-ups, and pipeline bottlenecks. - Data Hygiene:
Supporting reps in updating missing CRM information and maintaining process accuracy. - Funnel Analysis:
Assisting with monthly reporting on demo-to-next-step conversion and funnel velocity. - Onboarding Support:
Helping new sales team members with checklists, CRM best practices, and process documentation.
Required Skills
- CRM Tools:
Familiarity with HubSpot (preferred) or any CRM platform. - Attention to Detail:
Ability to review and document processes meticulously. - Communication:
Strong written and verbal skills to coordinate with sales teams. - Analytical Thinking:
Comfort with running reports and interpreting pipeline data. - Proactive Approach:
Eagerness to identify and solve process gaps. - Organization:
Capable of handling multiple tasks while maintaining process discipline.
